All Meats Meatloaf - Low Carb

Introduction

Meatloaf made without crackers or breadcrumbs Meatloaf made without crackers or breadcrumbs
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 large chicken breasts (no skin or bone) ground - I used my food processor
    1 lb 93% lean ground beef
    1/2 lb of breakfast sausage
    4 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
    1-1/2 cups of chopped onion
    4 jalapeno peppers chopped (optional)
    1 cup green bell pepper chopped
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

If you don't want the little bit of spice, just omit the jalapenos and add more bell pepper.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Turn out on to a non-stick baking sheet (with sides). Form into a large rectangle about 3" tall. Bake
