Santa Fe Salad

Introduction

Awesome flavour from the cumin, very light and easy to prepair. Awesome flavour from the cumin, very light and easy to prepair.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups of blacked eye peas, canned
    4 cups of peaches and cream corn, canned
    1 red pepper
    1/2 white or purple onion
    6 tbpd lemon juice
    6 tbsp olive oil
    3 tbsp cumin, ground

Directions

rinse peas and corn, add to glass bowl, slice red peppers and onions, add all other ingredients. You add or delete as much cumin as your prefer.
Refriderated 1 hour before serving.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: 1 cup each
