1 Chopped Smoked Turkey Breast
1 Bag of White Beans
1 Cup Dried Seaweed
20 Cups Chicken or Vegetable Stock
1/4 Cup Organic Seasoning
1 Large Maui Onion
6 Large Cloves of Roasted Garlic
3 Cups Carrot Puree
4 Large Roasted Bell Pepers
Salt and Pepper to Taste
6 TBS Olive Oil
Cook beans by boiling in water untill tender. Drain and set aside.
Sautee garlic and onions in olive oil until transparent. Add carrot puree, roasted bell pepper, seasoning and turkey. Simmer untill heated through and flavors are released. Add broth and beans continue on low simmer. Finally add seawood turn off heat, cover and let stand for about 10 min before serving.
Additonal broth may be added to weaken. Different vegetable can be added either in puree form or whole. Endless possibilities
