Ingredients

    1 15 ounce can chickpeas, drained (garbanzo peans)
    1 15 ounce can black beans, drained
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp cumin
    1 tbsp dried parsley
    salt and pepper to taste

    (1 tbsp olive oil) - optional based on oil preferences

Directions

Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 32 servings (1 tbsp each)
