Introduction

Ingredients

    3 medium ripe tomatoes
    5 garlic cloves
    1 small onion
    5 oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
    1 tbsp. cilantro (fresh)
    5 leaves of basil (fresh)
    2 cups portabella mushrooms
