Chicken & Shrimp Stirfry

Introduction

This was just some items I had on hand. This was just some items I had on hand.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 oz chicken breast, diced
    3 oz peeled uncooked shrimp
    1 tsp minced garlic
    2 cups snap peas
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    6 medium asparagus spears, chopped into 1" pieces
    1 tsp olive oil
    crushed red pepper flakes
    cumin

    1/2 cup brown rice

Directions

combine garlic and oil in wok. add chicken and shrimp. gradually add veggies and cook until meat is opaque. season with cumin and red pepper flakes while cooking.

serve over brown rice.
