Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Introduction

Perfect for a cold winter day. And oh so easy :) Perfect for a cold winter day. And oh so easy :)
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 halves of Chicken Breast bone and skin removed, cut into bite size pieces
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
    2 cans Water, tap
    2 tsp chicken bouilon (powder)
    6 Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits, refrigerated dough, cut into quarters
    1 tsp Pepper, black

Tips

If using a crock pot, you will only want to do 5-6 hours on low and 3 hours on high.


Directions

Cut up raw chicken in bite size pieces. Cut the biscuits into quarter size pieces. Throw everything in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-9 hours or on high for 4 hours.
