Ingredients

    1 ripe pear
    1/2 of a fresh pineapple (approx.)
    2 frozen bananas (to add body and potassium)*
    1/3 of a large bunch of parsley (approx.)
    1/2 slice of fresh ginger
    1 cup of filtered water
    juice of 1 fresh squeezed orange
    2 tbsp chia seeds


Tips

*Eliminate the banana and add more water if you want a thinner outcome.
