HealthierLynn's Crockpot Taco Soup

Introduction

This is quick to prepare and so good on a cold day...or any day! This is quick to prepare and so good on a cold day...or any day!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1# ground turkey
    1 15 oz can Mexican style petite diced tomatoes (do not drain)
    1 15 oz can pinto beans (do not drain)
    1 15 oz can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
    1 1.25 oz. package taco seasoning
    5.5 oz. can V-8 juice

Directions

Brown the turkey and drain off the fat. Put it and all other ingredients into a crockpot. Cook 4-6 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high. Add your favorite toppings when serving, but be sure to add the nutritional information for them.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
