Homemade Pizza (2 pies)

Introduction

We make this pizza every Friday night. We make this pizza every Friday night.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 T. yeast (we use instant yeast)
    2 c. hot water
    2 T. sugar
    6 c. flour (AP, or mix of WW & AP)
    1 T. salt
    1 T. Italian Seasoning

    Either put it all in a bread machine on the dough cycle, or mix in a big bowl, knead for a minute or so until you have a nice ball, then spray the bowl with cooking spray, put the dough back in and cover with foil or a towel. Let sit until double.

Tips

Had to categorize as something, so I chose "snacks". Obviously, this makes two whole pizzas, but sure, it could be a snack for lots of people!

Directions

Split dough in two balls.
Spread one half of the dough into pizza pan, or whatever type of pan you want.
Add sauce, cheese, toppings.
Bake at 425░for about 10 minutes.
