1 Cup whole Wheat Flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/8 teaspoon lite salt
2 tablespoons of Smart Balance Omega 3 spread
1/2 cup 1% milk
Brush with egg for a crispier outside.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Make a well in center. Pour in milk and stir until just blended. Do not over mix. Drop by tablespoon onto grease baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 12 - 15 minutes.
