2 lb.'s frozen hash browns, thawed
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 t. pepper
1 t. salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
Mix thawed hash browns with cheese.
Combine with sauce and mix well.
Pour into a 3 qt. casserole dish.
2 c. crushed cornflakes mixed with 2 T melted butter. Sprinkle on top of potatoes.
Bake @350 for 45 minutes or cook in Crockpot on High 3-4 hours. Low 6-8 hours.
