Salsa Meatloaf

Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Beef
    1/2 c. salsa
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    3 cloves garlic
    Dried parsley/salt/pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a large bowl, mix the beef, salsa, oatmeal, cheese, eggs, and garlic. Season with parsley/salt/pepper. Transfer to a loaf pan or 9x9 pan.
3. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or to a minimum internal temp of 160F.
