Nothing But Vegetable Veggie Soup

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Vegetable Broth, 8 cups
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cups, chopped
    20 baby carrots raw
    Snap peas, 1.25 cup
    Ground Cumin, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tbsp
    3 tbsp Italian Seasoning (dried herbs)

Directions

1. Chop Veggies
2. Put all veggies and the broth into a large pot
3. Add seasoning, garlic, ginger
4. Cook on high for 15 minutes or until veggies are tender

Serving Size: Makes 10 1-cup servings
