Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 2 to 2 1/4 lbs.
    Onion
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 1 packet
    Bush's Best Reduced Sodium - Pinto Beans, 3 - 16oz cans
    Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (mild), 1 - 10 oz can
    Corn - Whole Kernel No Salt Added, 1 - 15 1/4 oz can
    Bush's Chili Beans, 2 - 27 oz cans
    Water, tap, 2 cup
    Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing packet - 1 packet (NOTE: I was unable to locate this in the ingredients finder so it is not included in the nutritional info)

Tips

If desired, serve with crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheese and/or sour cream.


Directions

brown ground beef & onion. Place in slow cooker (6 qt) or pot. Add all other ingredients. Cook for desired amount of time...we put ours on low for 5 to 6 hours.
