    Yogurt Cherry, 6 oz
    Flour, white, 2 cup
    Egg Beaters, egg whites, 6 T
    Trader Joe's Cherry Cider, .35 cup
    Milk, nonfat , 0.4 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 6T
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt


top with additional strawberries and / or bananas and a little bit of honey or warm syrup


mix dry ingredients in one bowl, mix wet ingredients in another bowl then pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients bowl and mix them together, and add the strawberries. Spray skillet with cooking spray and pour roughly 1.5 - 2 spoonfuls (the soup spoon) of batter onto skillet and swirl the pancakes into a round shape. Cook until the top is covered with bubbles and almost cooked through then flip and cook the rest of the way.

Serving Size: makes 5 servings of 3 pancakes
