    1 sugar free yellow cake mix
    1 pkg sugar free lemon pudding
    1 c. egg substitute
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. canola oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Beat 2 minutes. Bake in sprayed 13 X 9 pan for 34 to 38 minutes.
