- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Oat flour
- 3/4 cup Oats
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Pecans
- 4 scoops MRM 100% All Natural Whey Protein: Dutch Chocolate
- 7 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
- 2 Ripe Bananas
2. In food processor or blender, cream coconut oil and maple syrup until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Add bananas.
3. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add banana mixture and walnuts.
4.Pour into muffin tin liners and bake for 20 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 12 muffins
