14 oz can of chickpeas - drained and rinsed
1 12 oz jar of roasted red peppers - drained
2 tbls fat free cream cheese
1 tsp lime
2 tbls garlic infused olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper (optional)
pinch of salt
Add the cream cheese, oil, lime juice paprika and cayenne pepper (if using).
Whip until the desired consitency is acheived. Add salt according to taste.
