Introduction

I made this when we were short on money and only had eggs, flour, hamburger and onions. It turned out well and is a family favorite. I made this when we were short on money and only had eggs, flour, hamburger and onions. It turned out well and is a family favorite.
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    Hambuger 3 lbs
    Onions 2
    Homemade Egg Noodles:
    Eggs 6
    Flour 4 cups
    Water 1/3 cup plus 1/2 of a 1/3
    Beef Boullion Cubes 6
    Water 1 !/2 gallons
    Garlic salt
    Pepper

Directions

In 2 5 qt pans,Peel and dice potatoes, add water so its above the potatoes, add beef cubes. Brown hamburger. Make egg noodles cut into strips. When potatoes are done add burger. Add egg noodles slowly so they don't stick to each other. It will look like you don't have enough room but they will fit.

Serving Size: 6 full cereal bowls from each pan
