Amber's Lo-Cal Nanner Bread



Introduction

Yummy Banana Bread Yummy Banana Bread
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
    2 Tbsp Butter, salted
    1 Large Egg
    1/4 Cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1 Cup Banana mashed
    1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
    1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 Tsp Salt

Directions

1. Preheat Oven to 350

2. In large mixing bowl, combine softened butter and sugar and bet with a mixer at med. speed. About 3 minutes or until well combined. Add the egg and applesauce, and beat 2 more minutes. Fold in bananas.

3. Combine flour, baking soda, an salt in separate large bowl.

4. add the flour mixture to the banana mixture, 1/2 cup at a time.

5. Coat one loaf pan with cooking spray. Pour in batter.

6. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Or until pick is inserted and comes out clean.

7. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes then take out.

8. Enjoy
