My adaptation of a NY Style Cheesecake recipe. I don't like the taste of sour cream to begin with, so I simply took it out. I personally love this adapted recipe!!! Ingredients

Graham cracker crumbs
eggs
flour
white sugar
vanilla extract
Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Tips
I started out making this in regular pie tins, which meant I always had a lot of mix leftover. So, I started making an additional round of crust and either making a 2nd pie or using cupcake pans to make mini cheesecakes.
Directions
Mix graham cracker crumbs and 3 tablespoons of melted butter. Press into bottom of greased pan for crust. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
Mix flour, sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese, warm it up or it might not mix very well. Beat in each of the 4 eggs separately. Ladle cream cheese into pan. Bake for about an hour at 325, maybe a little longer. Take it out and cool, refrigerate. Garnish with strawberries or other fruit of your choice.
