Introduction

Ingredients

    1 egg
    2 TBS cream
    1/4 cup ricotta
    2 TBS ground flax seed
    cinnamon to taste
    Walden Farms zero cal and carb syrup

Directions

Scramble and egg directly into a saucepan and add cream and ricotta. Bring to a simmer over med low heat until thick. Add in cinnamon and flax seed. Drizzle with syrup to taste.
