Ingredients

    2 apples, cored and chopped
    100 gm Romaine lettuce, washed
    85 gm lemon, peeled
    85 gm mint
    100 cucumber, peel on
    8 oz water
    handful of ice cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients in high powered blender, such as a BlendTec, and process until smooth. (Whole Juice option on BlendTec).

Serving Size: Makes one large smoothie
