Ingredients

1 lbs, skinless boneless chicken breast
The Rub
1 teaspoon Cumin
3/4 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Mix all the seasons together
The Chipotle Cream Sauce
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Lime Juice
1/2 teaspoon Chipotle Chile Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Tips
Directions
In a bowl, mix all of your seasonings for the rub. Rub the seasons all over the Chicken Breast on both sides.
Set the Chicken aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before grilling.
Grill on the grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 to 175 degrees.
Remove the Chicken from the grill and cover, let it set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving to allow the juices to set.
Mix all the ingredients for the chipotle cream sauce. Add more Lime Juice for desired consistency.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Serve sauce over chicken.
