Introduction

A basic cheese sauce that can be used many ways just by changing the type of cheese. Alfredo, Pasta and Cheese, Sauce for vegetables, almost like a Hollandaise. Ingredients

    3/4 Cup Non-Fat Cottage Cheese
    1/4 Cup Lite Mayonnaise
    1/2 Cup of Shredded Cheese
    Spices as desired

Tips

Use blue cheese for over red meats, mozzarella for a chicken parm dish, sharp yellow for mac and cheese, provolone and asiago or parm for alfredo.


Directions

Blend all ingredients well in blender.
Heat until cheese is melted.
Serve with pasta, vegetables or over meats
