Carrot paratha

Ingredients

    Carrots
    Chapati flour 2 cup
    Salt 1tsp
    Water .5cup

Tips

This is a basic dough. A lot of variations can be made with it. I add some hot chilies,ajwain seeds, hing and nigella seeds.


Directions

Blend carrots and water in a blender to a smooth purée. Transfer to a bowl and add salt and flour. Knead to a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Now roll like parathas and shallow fry on a skillet with very little oil.

Serving Size: Makes 8 8inches parathas
