    Atlantic Salmon (fish), 22 oz (remove)
    Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Capers, canned, 4 tbsp, drained (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    White Wine, 8 fl oz (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 1 cup (remove)
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Shiitake Mushrooms, 1 cup pieces (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 4 cup (remove

Directions

saute garlic chopped,chopped onion,chopped red pepper in olive oil
mean time sprinkle salmon wit california garlic and spray with olive oil spray. cook till brown and flakes with a fork. Do Not Over Cook.
When garlic and onion are slightly brown add Sundried tomatoes, Shitaki mushrooms wine and 1/2 the lemon and capers. Saute five minutes add raw spinach cook till spinach is wilted add the rest of the lemon. remove from heat. spoon equal amounts over Salmon.
