1 14 ounce can Fat Free Condensed Sweetened Milk
1/2 c. Lemon Juice
3 Large Eggs Seperated
1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
1/4 c. Splenda
1/4 tsp Cream of Tatar
1 8 inch prebaked pie shell or crumb crust
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar until stiff. Spread over filling to seal the edge of crust. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until meringue is golden brown.
