Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 c milk
    1/2 c oil
    1 t salt

    2 c tapioca flour

    2 eggs

    1 1/2 c shredded cheese

Directions

Bring milk, oil and salt to a boil. Add tapioca flour.

Beat in mixer until mostly cooled. Add eggs, one at a time, and beating until fully incorporated.

Beat in cheese. Use small cookie scoop dipped in water to place on parchment lined cookie sheet.

Bake at 450 for 25-30 minutes, until barely browned.

Serving Size: makes 20 2-inch rolls
