Best Vegan Cake Ever! Best Vegan Cake Ever!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    3 Cups Flour
    6 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
    2 teaspoon Baking Soda
    2 Cups Sugar
    t teaspoon Salt
    3/4 cup corn oil
    6 tablespoons white vinegar
    6 teaspoons vanilla
    2 cups water

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Mix Dry ingredients directly in 13 X 9 inch ungreased glass pan.
Add wet ingreadients
Make sure ingredients are evently distributed but not over-mixed.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
A tootpick will come out clean when the cake is done.

Serving Size: makes 24 2 inch pieces"
