6 pack of Keebler mini graham cracker pie crusts
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup Coconut Creme Spread by Walls Berry Farm
1/4 cup drained diced pineapple
1/2 cup powdered sugar
The coconut creme spread was something I got from Costco and I don't think it's made anymore. A possible substitution could be 1 cup shredded coconut with 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk and maybe some coconut milk. **JUST GUESSING AT THAT!**
Divide equally between pie crusts (about 2 heaping Tablespoons each to start).
Dust with powdered sugar and add a pineapple chunk on top for presentation.
