Sweet and Tangy Salad

Introduction

Kinda just threw some ingredients together. It works well as half of a soup and salad lunch. Kinda just threw some ingredients together. It works well as half of a soup and salad lunch.

Ingredients

    4 c. iceberg lettuce, shredded
    2 c. fresh spinach, chopped
    1/4 red onion, thin sliced
    1 small pear, cored and sliced thin into matchsticks
    3 plum tomatoes, chopped
    2 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
    4 oz. thin sliced deli ham, cut in quarters then sliced into matchsticks (optional)

Tips

I add the ham when I eat this as a lunch salad, but leave it off when I use this as a side salad with dinner. Nutrition information includes three thin slices of ham.
