    Mix :
    1 tsp. salt
    1.5 tsp. baking powder
    0.5 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 cup cornmeal


Heat iron skillet in 450 degree oven. Mix all ingredients. Spray hot pan with cooking spray and pour in batter. Bake until brown.
