Ingredients

2 1/2 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil or Lard
1 tsp Italian seasoning or Pizza seasoning
1 cup Water
Pepperoni
Shredded Cheese
1 can chunk pineapples
1-2 cans mushrooms
1 can Pizza Sauce

Tips
Directions
Preheat Oven to 500 degrees
Mix Flour, baking powder, baking soda, Italian Seasoning and stir well
Add Oil or Lard and blend with pastry cutter or fork until mixture beads size of peas
Add 3/4 hot water stir until pastry pulls away from bowl
Add more water if necessary
Let stand covered in bowl for 5-10 minutes for dough to rise
Remove and coat with fresh flour knead flour 4-6 times
Spray Pam on Pan
Roll it out and put it on pan and add rest of ingredients
Serving Size: 8-10 people
