    1 entire pillsbury croissant roll
    4 table spoons hummus
    Sliced cucumber
    Diced red or green pepper

Directions

Roll out pillsbury croissant and bake per directions. Once baked spread hummus on and place pepper and cucumber and cut into pieces.
