Baked Eggs (Low Carb)

    6 large eggs
    1/4 cup of heavy cream
    1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
    3 pork sausage patties (cooked)


Try adding different cheeses, onions, mushrooms, turkey bacon, ham, peppers for a variety.


In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Crumble the prepared sausage patties.

Spray a muffin pan with olive oil spray, or PAM. Evenly pour the egg mixture into each section. Evenly divide the sausage crumbles and cheese, and add to each section.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until sides start to brown.
