    3 bell peppers
    Cauliflower, raw, riced
    McCormick Cajun Seasoning, 1.5 tbsp
    Hot sauce - Frank's Hot Sauce, 10 tsp
    Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz
    *Aidell's Cajun Style Andouille Sausage (1 sausage) Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 16 ounces
