Easy Crockpot Beef Roast

Ingredients

    4-6 oz Round Steak
    Red potatoes 1 1/2 lbs
    2 Carrots
    2 celery stalks
    Onion powder
    Garlic Powder
    Salt
    Pepper
    2 Beef Bullion Cubes

Directions

Wash and cut vegetables. Put 4-6 oz piece of round steak on the bottom of the crockpot and cover with vegetables. Add 4 cups of water, beef bullion cubes, and seasonings. Cook on High for 4 hours or 8 hours on Low.
