Ingredients

    12 oz. - chicken tenderloins
    2 large slices - onion
    1 medium to large - red potato
    1 - bell pepper

    cumin
    black pepper

Directions

Cut up vegetables. Add chicken and vegetables to non-stick skillet. Season with cumin and black pepper. Cook on medium heat for about 13-15 minutes until vegetables are done.
