Ingredients

    1 apple
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1.5 tsp. brown sugar
    lemon juice from 1 wedge
    water

Directions

cut up the apple into small bite size pieces. toss with brown sugar and cinnamon and lemon juice, add water to make more of sauce if you wish. Mix in cereal bowl, and eat up. Fork is recommend!
