Spainish Style Rice with Shrimp

Ingredients

1 package Spainish Rice style rice mix
1 3/4 cups water
1 TBS butter or margarine
12 oz frozen peeled, devined shrimp
1 cup frozen peas
1 large tomato chopped
Several dashes hot pepper sauce ( l leave this out so it isn't too hot for my kids)
Directions
1) In a large skillet stir together rice mix, the water, butter and hot pepper sauce. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
2) Stir shrimp into rice mixture. Return heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked. Remove from heat and add peas. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with tomatoe.
