Corn Casserole

Introduction

This is uber comfort food. Corny, cheesey deliciousness. High calorie, so make it a mini side dish & bulk up with veggies. This is uber comfort food. Corny, cheesey deliciousness. High calorie, so make it a mini side dish & bulk up with veggies.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 stick of butter, melted
    1 can kernel corn
    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Tips

You can use different shaped pans. Just test it as you would a cake with a bamboo/wood skewer for doneness before adding the cheese & finishing it for the last 15 minutes.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a glass 11x13 pyrex baking dish.
Mix everything but the cheese together until combined.
Pour into greased dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven & sprinkle cheese over top.
Return to oven for 15 minutes.
Put in oven & bake

Serving Size: cut into 9 servings
