Ingredients

    2 pounds shredded hashbrowns
    1 pound pork sausage
    12 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    optional (not included in nutritional information)
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced

Directions

cook pork sausage; drain. place 1/3 hashbrowns in bottom of crockpot. Layer in sausage and any other ingredients then cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. cook in crockpot on low for 8-10 hours.
