Ingredients
Ingredients:
*Wonder Thin White Bread, 20 serving (remove)
Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 4 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove)
Cheddar Cheese, 3 cup, shredded (remove)
Salt, .5 tbsp (remove)
Mustard seed, yellow, 2 tsp (remove)
*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
Zucchini, .60 cup, sliced (remove)
Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped or diced (remove)
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 8 ounces (remove)

Directions
butter bread.
Place 10 slices buter side down, 6 in a 9x13 casserole dish, and 4 in an 8x8 casserole dish. sprinkle raw, chopped veggies and cooked chicken over the bread.sprinkle cheese evenly over veggies/chicken. take remaining slices of bread, and cover over mixture, butter side up. mix salt, eggs, dry mustard, together, and distribute evenly over bread. Bake at 350 for 45 min, or until the egg is cooked thrououghly.
Serving Size: makes 10 "sandwiches"
