Introduction

This is an easy meal to throw together on a weeknight and is very casual as it can be scooped up with corn chips, wrapped in a soft tortilla, or just eaten alone. My kids all love it. This is an easy meal to throw together on a weeknight and is very casual as it can be scooped up with corn chips, wrapped in a soft tortilla, or just eaten alone. My kids all love it.

Ingredients

    Ground beef- 1 lb
    canned baked beans-one 14 oz can
    canned corn-half can
    barbecue sauce- 1/4 cup
    ketchup-2 Tablespoons
    mustard-1 Tablespoon
    cheddar cheese-1 cup shredded

Directions

Brown the ground beef and drain. Add all the other ingredients, heat until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips, wrapped in a tortilla, or alone.
