Introduction

A delicious, protein-packed breafast or snack made from yogurt, raspberries, cottage cheese, and granola. As good as any dessert out there! A delicious, protein-packed breafast or snack made from yogurt, raspberries, cottage cheese, and granola. As good as any dessert out there!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup non-fat Greek vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    2/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
    2 TBS lowfat granola

Tips

These make great on-the-go snacks. To store for later, cover the top raspberry layer with plastic wrap. Pour the granola on top of this and cover with more plastic wrap. Secure with a rubber band. Chill. Before eating, sprinkle the granola on the top raspberry layer. Don't forget to pack a spoon!


Directions

Layer all ingredients in a clear 16 oz cup. Start with the yogurt, then half the raspberries, next the cottage cheese, then the other half of the raspberries, and leave the top inch or so empty. When you're ready to eat the parfait, pour the granola on the top layer of raspberries. (Do not pour on ahead of time or it will get soggy.) Stir... or not! Enjoy!
