Introductionquick throw together soup quick throw together soup
about 3 cups peeled and diced butternut squash
3/4 cup sweet potato, sliced
1 can sweet corn, rinsed
1 can evaporated milk
Serve with cheez-it spicy crackers
put softened squash and potatoes back in pan, add chicken broth (one carton).
drain and rinse sweet corn.
Puree all smooth.
Heat till warm, add evaporated milk and seasonings to taste. ( I used Pensky's Mural of flavors and Kurt's seasoning blend)
Serving Size: makes 8- 1.25 cup servings
