Hamburger Gravy over baked potato

Ingredients

    7 oz. lean hamburger - fried and drained
    1/2 cup water
    1 TBS corn starch
    1 med. baked potato

Directions

Fry up hamburger and drain
stir cornstarch and water and mix into hamburger - cook until thickened

Bake potato and slice in half and top with hamburger gravy
