Chickpea with Root Veggie Tagine

Ingredients

    Toast cumin & coriander seeds.
    Grind seeds, turmeric,cinnamon, black pepper & sea salt.
    Medium heat in skillet: oil, onions & garlic.
    Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Reduce to medium heat, add remaining ingredients.
    Cook for 25 minutes.

Tips

Cut in bite size pieces.


Directions

Cook in skillet.

Serving Size: Makes 12 cups. 1 serving is 2 cups.
